  Lot of good things, a handful of bad things. - First, the location on google maps is wrong. The store sits between Jersey Mike's and Great Clips. - Most of the employees are great. Deanna is awful (She doesn't know what she's doing, she will misplace your items and get things lost). Everyone else is great. Super friendly, always happy to have a conversation, and always professional. Especially Noi. She keeps the place running smooth. - It is a busy location, so best to show up before noon. After noon it gets on and off busy until they close. There's always a handful of people that show up right when they open. But if you show up 30 minutes after they've opened it should be mostly empty. In summary, great place, a little undermanned so expect it to be busy and slow. That being said they've got some great and highly dedicated employees.

  I had one of the most frustrating and unnecessarily time-wasting experiences at this UPS Store. I came in for a simple notarization of an out-of-state document requiring a standard acknowledgment. This is Notary 101. There is nothing unusual or prohibited about notarizing a document from another state. The only requirements are verifying identity, confirming the signer is present and willing, and completing or attaching a proper acknowledgment certificate in compliance with the notary’s commissioning state. Instead, the associate at the front desk didn’t know how to proceed and had to call their manager. What followed was nearly 30 minutes of confusion. I even left to grab food next door to give them time to sort it out and help other customers. When I returned, I was told they “couldn’t do it” because the document was out of state. That is simply incorrect. For context, I have over 12 years of notary experience. This was one of the most basic notarial acts possible and should have taken less than five minutes. The issue here was not the document, but a clear lack of training and understanding of fundamental notary responsibilities. Customers rely on notary services for time-sensitive and often important matters. Being turned away due to misinformation after a 30-minute wait is unacceptable. I will be filing a complaint with the Secretary of State, as notaries are expected to understand the scope of their duties before offering services to the public. If you need anything beyond the most basic, surface-level service, I would strongly recommend going elsewhere.

  Store is clean and that’s about all it has to offer. It’s a store that puts the employee’s job before the customers. They have two registers and multiple employees on hand but will only take care of one customer at a time. Wait time can be extremely long if there are two or more customers in line at a time. Try to go to another location if possible.
