  I had a really great experience at PostNet on Stephanie & Horizon. Tom was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to help me with a frustrating situation involving a third-party shipment. He took the time to explain that returning the items would be extremely expensive, which I truly appreciated since it saved me from making a costly mistake. He also generously allowed me to keep four large boxes at the store while I worked things out with the seller, which was a huge help. That level of understanding and flexibility is rare. The entire staff was professional, welcoming, and created a very warm environment. Not only were they efficient, but they were also genuinely understanding and sympathetic to my situation. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for excellent customer service and people who truly care.”

  I really like coming to this place because not only is it less crowded but there’s always a parking spot. The gentleman that works the desk is efficient. He always has an answer to my question. And it’s the quickest place to run copies to print jobs and ship packages. However, I checked the website before it came and I’m Presidents’ Day. It said it was open but when I arrived here which I drove across town, there’s a sign on the door that says closed so that has been rather disappointing and a waste of gas and time. Bummer. That’s the only reason why they lost one star.

  We moved our box for our business to this PostNet last year. Their rates are competitive and the service is excellent. Tom and Colin are always friendly and helpful, and seemingly will do whatever they can to meet one's needs. The added plus is the presences of Minnie and Lily, their two dogs. They are always behind the gate and very well behaved, but they are also always happy to receive attention. Whenever we are picking up mail, we always plan to visit with them as well.
