I continue to go and it’s always been the same person that mentioned them being racist can’t be true because I’m Mexican and they treated me with respect.! I wish people would stop using the race card!

- JSJ SMay 27, 20251.0Tried to send out a letter with tracking, but the lady gave me an attitude saying there were only two options either with signature from the recipient which is 50% cheaper than the one without. She would not explain why it was cheaper, but just gave me a ‘take it or leave it’ demeanor. I ended up just do a regular mail which was less than a dollar, but the mail never got to my recipient. The lady probably didn’t even send it out because I didn’t give into her scam!!! Lesson learned! I would rather pay more to send out a letter that needs tracking in a UPS store than the USPS near me. At least from my experience, they will treat me like a valuable customer with respect.
