    I go to this post office almost every day to mail out letters for work. I've been coming here for almost 3 years. There have been 3 people who have been working here since I've started using this location, and a few newer people. They are ALWAYS busy, but try their best to get through the line as quick as they can. I usually see people who are completely unprepared with their packages that take up majority of the time in line. With that being said: Argola is extremely rude. She is snappy and unprofessional. I do my best to be as polite as I can, but she is NEVER in a good mood. She has talked shit about the store, talking about how she's just gonna call off because she doesn't care. I understand working a job you don't like, I have definitely been there, but it gets to a point where you're making it an unbearable experience for anyone who has the displeasure of having you service them. Kyle can be rough around the edges, but he and I have a mutual understanding at this point lol. He's never really been rude to me, but he's quiet and can be sharp, just because he's trying to get the line going. Precious, Juan, and the other guy (I'm so sorry I can't remember his name), have always been extremely pleasant to work with. I always enjoy getting a small chat in with them. All in all, if you decide to come here, be prepared to wait for a little bit. If you get Argola as your teller, prepared to have snarky comments made to you or someone else in the store for you to hear.

    Terrible service. Took long in line. Then when I came up the counter person said I would have to buy tape. She could not give me 10" of shipping tape. Hope this place closes.

    I had to send some sensitive documents to Europe and the wonderful lady working at the counter on 10/02 around 12:30 ish was super helfpful and kind, but Kyle was not. I wish I would have grabbed her name to give her praise, but instead I am writing about KYLE. He sent her on her break as she was going to finish with me, which is totally understandable of course, but he then got a bit of a small attitude with me that I didn’t know about any options for tracking information. We didn’t even make it to shipping details before he jumped in. He tried to blame the lady for not going over it with me and then gave me attitude for having to go over them. He then proceeded to just make the experience unenjoyable and instead of apologizing and helping me kindly, he just rushed me and we operated in pure silence. He also skipped through the screen for a printed or email receipt and thought I wouldn’t notice. He seems to be the supervisor, but he needs to have some basic customer service training, in my opinion. To the wonderful lady working today, you are doing amazing!! And thank you for being kind on a rough day for me..

    Very professional service employees are understaffed working many hours with customers who believe that you should have fast service but the employees are responsible to ensure that all federal laws are followed for shipping packages and letters
