If I could give zero stars, I would. My package was misdelivered, and I called more than five times during business hours. Each time, I waited on hold only to be disconnected—no one ever answered. It was unprofessional to misdeliver my package in the first place, and even worse that no one picked up the phone during their posted business hours. Very frustrating experience.

Horrible location. Never any supplies. Supposed to open at 9am. They come out to open the gates at 901am and no one is behind the counter. They are still preparing taking another 5minutes before they start serving anyone at 908am. If you open at 9am, be ready at 9am - Time is money. The USPS needs to go out of business. They don’t care, have zero customer sevice. It’s depressing anytime you ever have to step foot in this place. I absolutely dread coming to this place!!!!!!

During my visit, Precious instructed me to purchase adhesive strips instead of tape to seal a package I was shipping. I followed her instructions exactly and returned with the adhesive strips to seal the box. Upon returning, she responded by stating, “Oh wow, so you did nothing of what I asked you to do,” in a condescending and dismissive tone. I calmly explained that I had followed her guidance precisely—that she instructed me to use the adhesive strips as a substitute for tape. I also noted that only a few days earlier, another postal employee had assisted me by taping and labeling a package without any issue or negative attitude. At that point, Precious responded in a highly unprofessional and disregarding manner, stating, “Oh well, you can wait for my colleague,” and when I asked why, she explicitly stated that she did not want to help me. This interaction was particularly concerning given that another employee, Mark, was standing nearby and was simultaneously assisting another customer by measuring and sealing a package with professionalism and courtesy. The contrast in behavior was evident and troubling. Based on this experience, I genuinely felt disrespected and discriminated against, despite maintaining a calm, respectful, and cooperative demeanor throughout the interaction. No customer should be made to feel that service can be arbitrarily denied or that an employee has unchecked authority over who they choose to assist. When I requested to speak with a manager, Precious notified Mr. Juan, the manager on duty. After I explained the situation, Mr. Juan stated that the employee who previously assisted me by taping labels “was in the wrong” and that staff are not permitted to perform that task. This response raised further concern regarding inconsistent enforcement of policies, as customers are clearly receiving contradictory service depending on the employee involved. These events raise serious questions about training, accountability, and adherence to service standards at this location. Consistency and professionalism are fundamental expectations at the United States Postal Service, yet they were significantly violated in this instance.

Precious is the most despicable USPS worker I've ever dealt with. Logan, the supervisor, is avoidant and dismissive. And at least one mail carrier has misdelivered someone else's mail (including a certified mail, time-sensitive legal document) at least three times. After creating on online ticket with USPS.com, I visited this location to return the misdelivered mail that was incorrectly forwarded to me by this post office. I even signed for certified mail that I thought was mine because the carrier placed a new label over the original business's name at the same forwarding address. None of the forwarded mail had even my name or business name on them. How can something so simple go so wrong? Immediately, Precious, the counter clerk, looked at me with disgust, probably because I am a light-skinned Black woman and I mentioned I am a business owner. She didn't like me as soon as I opened my mouth. I explained the issue and she immediately asked questions pertaining to an individual address change with mail forwarding. I explained twice that this was a business account with premium commercial forwarding. She kept asking inept questions so I asked to speak to a supervisor. She even asked for my ID like I was being interrogated. Then I witnessed Precious go around the corner, talk to someone, and then very haphazardly call for the supervisor, Logan, over the loud speaker. I stepped aside and waited at least 10 minutes for Logan. I even heard him make an announcement over the loud speaker, literally 10 feet from me, but he never showed up at the counter. I believe these two were deliberately avoiding the problem and wasting my time. Not a cute look. Meanwhile, I watched how gently Precious spoke with the dark-skinned Black woman next in line after I stepped aside. It's like she purposely wanted to misunderstand me and not accept any accountability. When I gently asked her to check on the supervisor, she raised her voice and refused. After realizing I was actually doing THEM a favor and looking out for the parties whose mail I received by bringing this to their attention, TOTALLY out of my way, I placed the misdelivered mail on the counter for them to redeliver to the correct parties and walked away. Then Precious picked up the misdelivered certified mail piece, slammed it down on the counter, and demanded I bring it back to the post office where I signed for it. Not a single thank you for bringing the mail back to them. Some folks probably would have dropped in their mail return box or even trashed it, which I seriously hope Precious did not do with her careless attitude. Logan called me later in response to my ticket and had absolutely no explanation for Precious' behavior, his absence, or the mail carrier's ineptitude. I truly hope this issue is resolved but the other reviews here with similar problems do not give me much hope. I will report this to the Post Master General and follow up with my office co-share businesses to notify them of their missing mail in the event this office fails to redeliver. These kind of people have absolutely no business serving the general public.
