My package is marked delivered, and im next to the delivery guy. He ignores me when i ask about my package and he speeds off. I get a call after i submit a ticket, and they say hes coming back. Im waiting 3 hours until i submit another ticket, just be told he delivered it. Nothings here and ive been standing on my porch waiting. And then they tell me they will figure it out monday? 48 hours to “figure it out” is crazy, especially since theres still 4 hours left before they close. Not even an attempt at customer recovery.
