My package is marked delivered, and im next to the delivery guy. He ignores me when i ask about my package and he speeds off. I get a call after i submit a ticket, and they say hes coming back. Im waiting 3 hours until i submit another ticket, just be told he delivered it. Nothings here and ive been standing on my porch waiting. And then they tell me they will figure it out monday? 48 hours to “figure it out” is crazy, especially since theres still 4 hours left before they close. Not even an attempt at customer recovery.

This is the second time that someone has placed my packages as “pick up” the first package I was advised by an employee that a lady who works there is lazy and will continue to do so when I stated I want to leave a review. Yesterday my things were dripped off no problem so whoever did delivery today to the area nearby Warm Springs and Center st. did the same thing again! Because it says customer requested this even if I call there is no way to fix the issue how convenient! I’m so agitated and annoyed as a customer who absolutely did not make this request it is beyond me she continues to get away with this

Update i'm not sure if you guys are coming on the wrong days but every time I go to this Post Office I leave out with a smile.I interacted with Asia today.Who was so sweet and professional and kind. Quick wasn't the word. Less than a 5 minute wait. I'm sorry you guys are having such a rough time. I love my local post office!
