- AMAngie MahayDec 20, 20251.0I would give this location zero star if I didn’t have to pick one, so our packages get mis delivered there at all times, Amazon sent me a picture that they delivered to the front desk of the ups store, so go o er there to inquire , the lady there was the rudest person I have ever met, she didn’t even check & said we don’t have it. So two days later I go there again & this time the guy there said oh I have it but won’t give it to me without checking my id, I am showing him the Amazon communication. He finally gave it to me after arguing. I was going to call the police. This is what I don’t understand why don’t they refuse packages that don’t have their address on it. The employees there are extremely rude… & unprofessional. They get zero star from me.
