  Go down the ramp where you see the loading dock, turn left into the parking garage. Walk back to the loading dock and go up the stairs. Go through the doorway, turn slightly right and go up the first street on your left. The store is on your left about 100 yards down.

  It is super awesome that there is an UPS store in this location. Not only is it convenient, but also fun and cute! The customer service is AMAZING. The employees are always super sweet and willing to help. What is even more awesome is you can have a personal mail box as if it is a mini post office. If you have a box, you can even have your Amazon packages sent and returned here! Isn’t that convenient? Also if you have a box you can access it 24/7. If you live nearby, I recommend using this store. Unmatched customer service!

  If I could give a million stars, I would! Jingjing and Noah are absolute sweethearts - they went above and beyond to make my event perfect. From offering creative solutions to literally cutting my printouts for me (no other place has EVER done that), their kindness and attention to detail truly made all the difference. I lost count of how many times I visited them over this past week, but every single time, I was met with smiles and genuine cheerfulness. I'm forever grateful to you both, Jingjing and Noah.
