  Today went to have two forms printed out but needed to email to the ups email and gave them printed that way. The Asian employee short with glasses was rude and not friendly at all. I emailed the forms which has my name and birthrate and other personal information and usually in the past they print it from the computer that the employees work on next to the card payment reader. This time for some reason this employee walks over to the customer computer and pulls it up there. And prints it. Then he just leaves my forms on the screen and anyone could just walk up and see it. So I asked was that going to save on that computer or be deleted. He ignored me. Then he asks me is the forms good. I tried to reach for them but he held them as if I was gonna grab them and run for the door or something. I had to ask him to hand me the forms so I can look at it. That's when I saw my information still on the screen of the computer so I asked again when will my information get off the screen. He ignored me and start messing with the computer. A different employee said it doesn't save it. Who knows if this is true. Then a different employee was like $2.87. Like for me to hurry up and pay. Just bad service all around. Then he was sarcastic as I was leaving saying "Have a good day" as I'm already at the door. This just told me one thing, I need to go buy my own damn printer!!!!

  The employees were super helpful on carrying in my package and helping me get my drop off, settled and figured out right away. I was in and out and probably less than five minutes very friendly highly recommend.

  I was helped by Jayden for a return shipment to Amazon. Being an old woman, not adept at technology and internet, i fumbled with my return of 3 items but with 2 labels. Jaden took time to help and guide me through the process patiently, checking my labels to make sure the right items go with the right label. He was courteous, patient and helpful and both my husband and I were pleasantly surprised to get such good service from a young man, not rude , not lazy, eager to help senior people. Thanks, Jayden
