  Store is clean and that’s about all it has to offer. It’s a store that puts the employee’s job before the customers. They have two registers and multiple employees on hand but will only take care of one customer at a time. Wait time can be extremely long if there are two or more customers in line at a time. Try to go to another location if possible.

  Horrible customer service. How do They have a fax service and can’t even the right tools to complete the task of what the customer is asking for.

  The slowest ups store ever, the guy at the register doesn’t care if he has a line of people waiting in line, I was there for 15 minutes before I decided to leave because this guy didn’t care at all about people waiting, before me probably another 5 customers left, this place is losing so much business because of the 2 guys that work day time don’t care about getting people in and out as fastest possible.

  I’ve come here a few times and I’m generally underwhelmed by the employees, but this is honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had both here and any other UPS. Cory has zero interpersonal skills and is really doing a disservice to this location. From the second I walked in, it was clear he was irritated by the presence of a customer. He was EXTREMELY arrogant and had a nasty attitude. When he asked me where I was shipping to and I stated “puerto rico,” he responded with, “okay, so international?” And I said, “well it’s Puerto Rico so I’m not sure.” He said “so, out of the US?” And I said, “well, it’s a territory?” And he said, very rudely, “so, out of the US?!”From there, I stayed quiet and allowed him to huff and puff for the remainder of the time it took him to complete the shipment. Not to mention the snark look towards me when my one year old sneezed and the complete lack of a smile or acknowledgment when my son said hi and bye to him. Never again.

  Long haired ginger lady that probably really hates her job is ridiculously rude! I apologize I came in to pick up my package before you closed??? The tossing of my I.D back to me was completely disrespectful
