  Awful customer service experience with FedEx. Trying to contact customer service is near impossible. Each store is a representative of this company and is therefore responsible for the company's customer service policies. The website is barely functional and would not be considered acceptable if it was 2001, let alone 2026. If you need help with the inoperable website, you will have to call the customer service number and speak with a robot that will not allow you to speak to a representative. If you finally get to a representative, they are polite but unhelpful due to company policies that allow for zero flexibility. If you have the option to ship your items using any other service, that would be my recommendation. A carrier pigeon would be preferred after dealing with this customer service frustration. I am expecting this review to get a response along the lines of "our store does not handle this part of the process" because large companies have offloaded their responsibility to small business owners. However, each store is a representative of FedEx and supporter of this current system. Until individual operators lobby the corporation to update their policies to be more customer friendly, all stores under the FedEx name deserve 1 star.

  The automated phone system absolutely refused to let me speak to a person at the store, as in it hung up on me when I didn't have some information it deemed worthy for speaking to a person. When you calla major competitor, it puts you straight to a person at the store, no automated bs, the phone rings and a store employee picks up. Will be using that competitor for the foreseeable future.

  I ordered Christmas cards to be printed through FedEx and they did an amazing job! We really appreciated Jen and Chris for all their help and hard work! They were really friendly and walked us through the whole process. Although I don't live close to this location, I will be back because the customer service is amazing!

  I mailed a package from this location and was guaranteed delivery by Saturday. Now saying it won’t be delivered until Tuesday ! Why pay for expedited shipping when it does not happen. I will not be using Fed Ex again. Should have done UPS - be aware !
