Gave me the contact info for the local hub, and I’ll have my packages tomorrow. He knew exactly what to do as he had encountered a situation like this before, and gave me tips to help get out of the automated customer service loop. Overall a very great experience. Would give him 10 stars if possible. Deserves serious recognition and a promotion.
