  I had an amazing experience at the Party City section inside Staples! Victoria was an absolute lifesaver—she stepped in during a last-minute crunch and made everything come together seamlessly. Her professionalism, efficiency, and positive attitude truly stood out. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and willing to go above and beyond to help. I’m incredibly grateful for her support and highly recommend working with her if you get the chance!

  Scott is the kindest. He helped us prepare a poster sign and booklets for our mother’s funeral service. He offers exceptional service, and attention to detail unparalleled to any where else. He is patient and very knowledgeable. Made the whole experience easier for us during this difficult time.

  Won't be doing Amazon returns here ever again. I got in line to do with Amazon return while the cashier was finishing up with a customer in their regular line. The transaction she was working on was with an older gentleman and it was taking quite some time. After about 5 to 7 minutes, 4 customers who had been shopping while I had been standing in line began to gather in the checkout line. The cashier let me know that I would have to wait until she was done checking out any customer who came to her line before she could help me even though I explained to her some of those customers had walked in the door to shop as I was already in line waiting. She then advised me that I would have to wait until any other customer were done checking out even if they kept gathering in the line as I waited. Took me about 15 to 20 minutes to do a simple return, I won't be back for returns or anything else. Make it make sense.

  I would like to leave a glowing review for the Staples Print Center at the Green Valley location, and especially for Mr. Scott Davis for his outstanding customer service. I stopped in to speak with Mr. Davis about printing the program for my father’s upcoming Celebration of Life service. He took the time to help me choose the best format and paper, carefully explained what he needed from me, and made all the necessary adjustments to ensure the program turned out perfectly. What touched me most was that he also created a small stand-up poster board featuring the front cover of the program and my father’s photo. I was so surprised and moved by this gesture that it brought me to tears. This was more than excellent customer service—it was an act of genuine compassion from someone helping a complete stranger during a difficult time. Scott’s kindness and generosity meant more to me than I can express, and he will always be someone I remember with gratitude. Thank you, Scott Davis. You are truly an angel.

  I used the Staples mail center through iPostal, and unfortunately, the experience with the actual location was frustrating. There were multiple issues with mail being misplaced. At times, I was even receiving mail from other states that clearly didn’t belong to me, which raises serious concerns about how things are being handled and sorted. Whenever I tried to ask about it, the staff seemed disconnected and not very engaged in resolving the issue. It didn’t feel like there was a strong system in place to track or manage customers’ mail accurately. To be fair, the support through iPostal1 itself was helpful — but the execution at this location didn’t match that experience. At the end of the day, handling mail requires accuracy and accountability. Either the system needs to be improved, or it needs to be removed completely. I’ve decided to discontinue my service here because it just doesn’t feel reliable
