If you can’t work with the public then why are you working in a place like this get you a nighttime job they are so rude. I had made a mistake thinking my packages were coming to my house so I didn’t have my PO Box on there like I usually do with my physical address, he was very rude and I have a couple more packages coming to my box that only has the physical address on it and I went just now to go and get the other package because it said it was delivered and I said my other package is here. He puts his hands up like I was done talking and I said my box number he said when was it delivered I said today. Well we haven’t finished today’s. 2:06 PM. The thing is is that they have terrible customer service. They have attitude. They are very rude.

He treats people very disrespectful, like it is his own business, not a US Government Facility. He should be fired! I'm sure USPO could find a better employee.
