Friendly. Quick service. Wish they could have scanned my phone but this post office is manual but plan on being electronic soon. 👍 Always nice to have friendly service at a post office.

This post office is a joke. One particular lady is very rude and unprofessional... Never have I been told that I have to receive unwanted letters in my box because someone pays for them to be put in there... I received a letter from some individuals in town job shaming two individuals stating the town should fire them when I told the post office lady I no longer wanted to receive letters like this. I was told well people pay to put those in your boxes so they'll be put in your box... Excuse me I rent that box and if I don't want unwanted mail I shouldn't have to have said unwanted mail period. They send packages back without reason. Well we own those boxes you rent them so we'll put them in there does that sound professional?? No

Oriental Nevada is pretty historical, in the 1870s, with the constant threat of Indians, the miners worked this historic mine and came across some very rich ore, so rich and attractive it was that some of the specimens of Gold in Quartz were put on display at the Centennial Exposition in 1876. In the 1880s the ore was exhausted and the district of Gold Mountain was discovered and soon Oriental was abandoned and later called "Old Camp".
