- RMRoss MillerNov 18, 20251.0They will not deliver book size packages because "they won't fit in the vehicle" and "we get a lot of packages". They are requiring pick up from the post office, they will not schedule another delivery. Multiple times in the past they have delivered signature required paperwork and packages and not gotten a signature, they left them on the front step without knocking with someone home waiting for the delivery.

It is infuriating there was no attempt to collect signature. Is this not part of the postal office services? And how can they leave a notice that states "Sorry we missed you while you were out" when no attempt to deliver was made? To make matters more frustrating, I cannot collect my document until a later date because the mail carrier still has it with them. This is not acceptable service and an inconvenience.
