Constantly have packages delivered, yet no key to the locker in my box. Surprise! My package is in an open parcel locker for anyone to take. Happened more than a couple times. Plus, the key i didnt get is in the parcel locker thats wide open. Signed delivery? No, that just gets left in a box as well

I paid extra to ship a PRIORITY MAIL envelope/package from Dayton last Thursday, being advised it would arrive on Monday in Arizona. It went all the way to North Carolina Distribution center with ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY, ZERO ESTIMATED TIME OF DELIVERY, ZERO RECOURSE. The postal service will not even connect me to a rep on the phone, impossible to get a hold of anyone. Apparently they don't care how long it will take. This is not the USPS of yesterday where there was some pride, accountability, ownership of the service they provide.... Horrible business model, with zero accountability. They have negatively affected my business, and added a ton of stress for time sensitive documents that had plenty of time to get to the destination, though could not perform the most basic steps correctly, and could care less. I RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT USE USPS AS YOU'RE THROWING AWAY YOUR MONEY. I SURELY WILL NOT.

Two shipped packages have been damaged because the driver throw them over my fence! So angry!
