She was abrasive, aggressive and refused to accommodate us during our passport appointment time. She threatened to throw away our paperwork because she just “doesn’t have the time”. It got to the point where she was yelling at my partner so needless to say we grabbed our paperwork before she could dispose of our important documents. Would not recommend. No wonder it’s so easy to get an appointment here..
