  Great customer service. Amazon made me send me my return in 2 different packages and they sent them in one anyways, the customer service rep help d me out and took the one package. Great customer service thank you for the great work u do.

  My mom and I came in with like 10 things to return to Amazon. We expected for it to be difficult and we'd probably cause a scene. That's not unusual for us....But, Juan was FANTASTIC. He got us organized and made the entire process so easy. We planned on getting margaritas afterwards to console our frustrations but ended up having margaritas in celebration instead. Thank you Juan!

  Sent out a package on December 20th to return a phone to Verizon. The package never made it. Tracking number and a call to the shipping hub in Minden confirmed that it was never picked up from the location. Called the store to check if the package was still there and the person happens to mention that phones haven't been making it out of the store. Pretty suspicious considering I hadn't even told them what the package was yet.
