We went in, and they said they wouldn't do anything about it. Then they had the gumption to tell us they would charge us 45 dollars for a new mail key, despite the fact that they lost our package. Post offices like this are why the post office should be shut down. Update: They lost another package. Similar issue, but this time they didn't even give us the key. The person delivering to my neighborhood needs to be fired. This is absolutely inexcusable. I feel like I can't purchase from anyone who ships USPS anymore. Another update: They've lost at least 5 packages in the last two months. I've lived in 6 states and this is the first time I've ever had a problem. When we talk to the people at this location, they just shrug it off like it's no big deal. This is absolutely ridiculous.
