That's not unusual for us....But, Juan was FANTASTIC. He got us organized and made the entire process so easy. We planned on getting margaritas afterwards to console our frustrations but ended up having margaritas in celebration instead. Thank you Juan!

Tracking number and a call to the shipping hub in Minden confirmed that it was never picked up from the location. Called the store to check if the package was still there and the person happens to mention that phones haven't been making it out of the store. Pretty suspicious considering I hadn't even told them what the package was yet.

I have literally brought as many as 20 packages at a time and they are always so friendly & accomodating, sometimes the location is a bit less convenient for me than for some of the other locations but I always know they are going to be so helpful, the entire crew are really great people ! It's one of those small businesses you really want to get behind and support !
