  Sent out a package on December 20th to return a phone to Verizon. The package never made it. Tracking number and a call to the shipping hub in Minden confirmed that it was never picked up from the location. Called the store to check if the package was still there and the person happens to mention that phones haven't been making it out of the store. Pretty suspicious considering I hadn't even told them what the package was yet.

  I frequent UPS stores all over the area, Wedge Parkway, Keystone, Damonte Ranch, S Mc Carran etc. but my UPS store of choice is this one, when it's practial I come to Carson City because THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST ! I have literally brought as many as 20 packages at a time and they are always so friendly & accomodating, sometimes the location is a bit less convenient for me than for some of the other locations but I always know they are going to be so helpful, the entire crew are really great people ! It's one of those small businesses you really want to get behind and support !

  We’ve chosen this UPS Store for quite some time because it’s the closest location to Dayton, and we’ve always appreciated the helpful service from most of the staff. Unfortunately, our experiences with the manager, Jerome, have been consistently uncomfortable. On multiple visits, his comments and demeanor have given us the impression that our business—particularly Amazon returns—is unwelcome. Today was a good example: we came in with four pre-packaged boxes, one of which simply needed to be dropped off. As soon as we walked in, he looked at the boxes and remarked, “Those can’t all be returns.” My wife felt put on the spot and replied that they were, and his response was an audible sigh that made us both feel like an inconvenience. Other employees have mentioned that a large portion of the store’s daily traffic is Amazon returns, so the attitude is especially confusing. Customers shouldn’t feel guilty for using services that are core to the business. Because of these repeated experiences, we’ve decided it’s worth driving to the other Carson City location—despite the extra distance—to avoid feeling unwelcome. We value good service, and it’s disappointing to feel pushed away from the store we’ve supported for so long.

  This is the only UPS store I go to. Jerome always takes good care of me. He is friendly, professional, a hard worker, and always answers my questions and concerns. He goes above and beyond with customer service, and I appreciate him so much.
