  Staff was not friendly at all upon arrival I wasn’t greeted , It was instead “ do you have a shipping label , QR code or what” I asked the other younger woman about the size of the box and I was looked at like if I insulted her not sure if they were having a bad day but definitely need to work better on customer service !!!

  If you enjoy being ignored this is the place for you! Stood in line behind the only other customer in the store for almost 10 minutes and was never even acknowledged by the three employees behind the counter, yet a woman walked in while I was still waiting, and someone immediately greeted her and came from behind the counter to help her with a print job. At that point I left the business and spent my money at the UPS store, where I was greeted when I walked in, and my printing job was completed in a timely manner.
