- WWWilliamDec 2, 20201.0Upgraded to unlimited yesterday morning and shortly after i got off the phone the internet went down and is still not back over a day later... other people in my area have internet still. Northwestel have a monopoly on isp and had to be forced by the govt to give unlimited as an option so they waited for the 12th month of 2020 and then fake service outages as an excuse 🙄

- AOAnthony O'BrienDec 14, 20191.0Been a loyal customer for the past 5 years, always made my payments on time, always did my best to be understanding, but found the past month to be completely poor service. Moved a month ago into a new home, made all the arrangements 2 months ago to get a new connection for a "new home" set up, before I moved in. When it came to move in they called me to say they only did an inspection and will reschedule me for 1 month later. So I waited, Dec 10 came around and got no call or notification, so I called and they told me it would be moved to the 13th. 13th comes and still no call, later at 3:30 they call to tell me the technician didn't realize he was making a new connection on a "new home" and so they're going to reschedule me again for the 23rd. I am not even going to be here the 23rd as I'm going back to Ontario for Christmas. They made multiple excuses about this and I called them out on each one and all they could say was well um.. and then redirect their response to another excuse. On the side of all of this I am getting notifications in email that I'm still being charged for internet services and that I've used 75% of my internet for the month.. I know no one is currently residing at my old home, and I've disconnected my modem and router from there.
