  We were at RWireless today. The fellow helping us started around 2:30. He entered all of our information so we could migrate 3 lines from telus and add 2 lines and get 1 new hardware. All was going great until the bell system had problems. 3 hours later we walked out with everything in hand and done well. We must complement the fellow working on a Saturday afternoon for keeping his cool while dealing with the amount of frustration caused by the bell help desk that he called. We are very happy with his service. Saturday 7 February 2026.

  The nice lady went the extra mile to help me solve my phone problem. She even went to the back and got me a chair as I was not able to stand for very long.

  Very friendly and helpful in the purchase of a phone, but were not knowledgeable in transferring data from old phone to new phone. Their phone display needs a little work as well. There are triplicates of some phones on display, which I would almost guarantee wasn't done on purpose.

  Forget the rest go to the best! Honestly the two staff at this business make this an enjoyable retail telecoms shopping experience. Knowledgeable and friendly. Ask about local wildlife, especially foxes, you won't be disappointed!!!
