A driver has called me two days in a row but because we live rural the messages to to voice mail when I call back to give the information I’m told I can’t give my address as I’m not the shipper I contacted the shipper and fed ex won’t take the address from them either. This is our life line to services we are waiting for. You cannot even talk to a person in the fedex number it’s all automated and if the automation had half a brain maybe it could help you. They won’t be pleased when I show up after driving two hours one way to pick up this item as I’ll be rip roaring mad by that point
