  I can’t even get a bill from this company to find out how much I even owe. Ive called and get conveniently disconnected, they don’t even call back. I’ve been put on hold over 10 minutes, no one ever comes back on the line. I’ve looked at my bell app, it only has my phone account. Finally found my account number on the service invoice from when I had it installed, to try to add it to MyBell and it says oh no that can’t be your account number, it has letters in it. Well you are the ones who gave me an account number with letters in it so why is that my fault. Worst customer service and billing I’ve ever dealt with.

  The staff are really friendly but why would they have stuff out for you to buy or put in a plan and they can't even get that product it's crazy...if you can't get these products take then off your displays

  Their internet is ok but the guy who came to install was looking like he had some breathing problem. You need to look for that because they took few hours to install one line which supposed to install within an hour. I didnt even get any call from technician, he just came to my door and was knocking the door morning time which was so annoying so if you can look after this part will be better. Good luck.
