  Huge shout out to Chelsea! I went in on friday after having issues with my account. I was told I needed to call once in the Bell store so Chelsea called the number I was given which wasnt the right number but after calling several different numbers she eventually got the issue resolved. I was very frustrated but she assured me we would get the issue resolved and we did! I was in and out in under 25 mins. She was also the only one working when I got there so in between being on hold for me she rang out other customers quick and efficiently.

  Rating is for the entirety of the company, not this store specifically. Absolutely terrible company to deal with, if you have an issue you're shuffled through several different people who all tell you different things. Ive had an ongoing issue that is finally being resolved but its taken months, all because not a single person I talked to had an inkling of a clue. Also the franchise owners should really talk to their staff about using and PUSHING the $200 deductible as a selling point for bellcare, the deductibles range from $50-$600. Quite a jarring moment thinking you're going to pay a $200 deductible to have your phone fixed, as the salesperson sold us on only to be told its actually going to be a $450 and they have no idea why you were told $200 as the quotes are all different. Absolutely atrocious experience, wouldn't recommend a soul to the company.

  Had a very lovely experience with the staff at Bell Aliant in the Highland Square Mall. Went in to see why my phone wasn't ringing and they very quickly showed me why and how to fix it myself using words & terms that made sense for a person that's not tech savvy like myself. Thank you very much, I will definitely come back if I need anymore help!

  Chelsea is my go-to Bell employee when it comes to any of my questions or concerns. I trust her to be honest and provide quality service while helping me find the device and/or accessories I need. Today I was looking for an upgrade for my mother and she helped me contact Bell to see if it was in stock in the warehouse. When it wasn't she helped me to choose the best alternative phone with the 256 GB storage. My only complaint about this store is that they never seem to have the higher storage options of devices (256 GB and up) for the most popular make/models of phones

  I was dealing with some issues with my current phone and plan and one visit with Eric and Hannah at the store set me straight they were wonderful! Helped me understand my new phone and plan and walked me through how to navigate the new phone and set everything up for me! Cant recommend both Hannah and Eric enough!
