  My 3 yr old Samsung Fold stopped connecting to wifi, so I went into the local Bell store to do an upgrade. I was wowed by the service from the Manager and later by Youssef - they went above and beyond and not only did I end up with a new Samsung Flip 7, but we tweaked all my Bell services which will result in a monthly savings of $150!! Highly recommend this location for all your Bell needs 👏

  We dealt with Youssef, who gave me his card and told me to contact him any time. Once we decided to switch our service over to Bell Mobility, he made it easy and seamless. He knew the system, knew all the required steps and walked us through with zero issues. He also helped us reorganize our home services and made that super easy. Cannot recommend his service enough. I am incredibly grateful for his help.

  Went into the store today because of some bill issues and could not deal with the people over the phone for various reasons. I was pleased to deal with the rep Youssef at the store. He was very patient, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend coming to see him for any issues or concerns that you might have. 10/10 experience.
