- TBT BJan 28, 20261.0My internet hasn't worked at my house or at my rental property in over two months. I've called tech support douzens of times, had technician come multiple times (charged me for this), replaced the modems, replaced the boosters... Every time I get help they say it was never done properly before but fixed now. Well it isn't. My only solution has been to order a new service to the same house. Well.. I've been waiting three weeks for that too. This was unbelievable a month ago but it just keeps going. I keep thinking I've sunk so much time into this I better just keep going... I highly recommend using Purple Cow or Eastlink. None of them are perfect but this is insane. I cant do my job from home. Going to lose tenants... Unbelievable.

They are polite and attentive and make you feel that your needs are important even when the store is very busy. We never feel rushed. The store is bright, clean and well laid out making the shopping experience enjoyable. Derek, who is the manager, runs a very efficient store with a positive customer service culture.
