  Noor at Mic Mac Mall was great. Although she was in training she seemed to know her stuff. Allan, her manager, was so patient and helpful. I can't believe we got such good customer service from a Bell company.

  A 10 out of 10 rating for the help today given by Husain and Komal at the Micmac mall Virgin cell phone booth. It was a most informative session with Husain and Komal as many of my queries regarding cell phone usage of various apps were answered. I at no time I felt that I was taking too much of their time. They were very welcoming of all my queries and most helpful in demonstrating how to navigate various areas and apps on my new iPhone 16. Big thank you Vince

  I got a phone from Virgin. Then I tried cancelling the service. They cancelled my phone but have kept billing me. I’ve called multiple times to have this rectified but they tell me there is nothing they can do. Every month they email me my negative balance which now they owe me over $1200 as it has been years. I’ve tried calling my bank to put a stop payment on, and they tried and said Virgin has it set up that a regular bank stop payment will not work. As a result they keep taking money from me for a service I don’t have. Stay away, they are fraudsters. Do not set up an account you will be trapped for life.
