  We were notified that they tried to deliver our package and no one was home at 8am on a Saturday (we were all home and no one ever arrived). They supposedly left a pick up sticker- nothing was left because they actually didn’t show up but when I looked on the site, it said they did this in Dartmouth/ we do not live in Dartmouth. That’s not the address in our delivery spot. I tried calling customer service, the system hung up on me. It says it will ‘try again on the 19th of Feb’ but today’s the 21st… so how are we going back in time? This is also the second time they’ve ’attempted delivery’ with it going out and then coming back in to the Dartmouth store with a delay. Photos attached with the delivery notification messages that make 0 sense. I just want my package to arrive.

  Terrible experience with FedEx. My packages were marked “out for delivery” multiple days in a row but never arrived. I stayed home waiting several times, and customer service even guaranteed delivery by end of day on the 4th day, and it still didn’t happen. Completely unreliable and a huge waste of time. Very disappointing. I wrote to the company that ships through fedex as well, hoping they will switch careers as this is just frustrating!

  FedEx’s service has become absolutely AWFUL! I’ve ordered so many things, expecting them to arrive on the promised day, only to be repeatedly let down with endless delays. It’s infuriating how outrageously lazy they are—like they couldn’t care less about their responsibilities. They don’t even bother to try to deliver on time! This isn’t just a one-time mistake; it’s a pattern of complete negligence and disrespect for their customers. Enough is enough!

  Would be cool if they actually delivered parcels themselves. I regularly have to call customer service to find out what random carrier they have handed off my mail to. Edit: in response to the feedback, you literally opened and closed a trouble ticket for me without fixing anything. You are all talk and don't give a damn about your customers

  Very very disappointed I wish I could give 0 Star, My package supposed to be delivered on 11th of February as it was mentioned on website out for delivery 2 days passed still waiting for my package and unfortunately there's no one to call and ask questions all they got virtual call.its nightmare. Never every use fedex worst experience ever.i don't know why and how they are still in business.
