  Holy God, the FedEx service has gotten INSANELY bad. Two packages were 'out for delivery', then returned to the warehouse after 12hours? Now one is out for delivery again with the second randomly with a 'trusted third party' set to deliver in 2 days. The packages went from China to Texas faster than Dartmouth to Halifax. Customer service said I'm 'fairly remote'. I'm 15mins from downtown Halifax. 😐

  Two days in a row, we were home, and they said they tried to drop the package. No knock at the door. The delivery picture they sent day one was just a picture of the package close up with no surroundings, the delivery picture day two was just a dark screen. Like, we just want our package. This is the second time this had happened in the past couple months, and the last time was also with FedEx. Please just ask your people to do their job right. I really don't want to have to a) drive to Dartmouth to pick up every package we order that gets sent through FedEx, or b) have to spend 45 minutes on the phone with customer service just for them to do the same thing the next day.
