  You never knock when delivering even though someone is home so you leave a tag on the door. We go to pick up the package because the tag says to pick it up at designated location. Go to get the package and it is out for delivery again without letting us know because the tag said to go pick up and they won’t attempt a second delivery. While we are at this location for us to grab the package another tag is left, except now the pick up location is so far and inconveniently in middle sackville. I called customer service and no one to talk to but a computer that says our tags are not in the system.

  The driver didnt even tried to ring my bell and just left the door tag, i was home when he updated the delivery to ‘sorry we missed you’. I mean cmon fedex, this is highly unprofessional, now i gotta go pick it up tomorrow. We as customers wait for our parcels curiously and drivers dont even care, they only care to finish their routes on time. I bet the driver saw its an apt building and didnt even care to ring the bell, too much for him/her. Amazon drivers are better, i gave one star but really 0 stars in terms of professionalism on driver’s end.

  I would like to give zero stars, because you’re scammers, fraud. No one come to my door to deliver my package, nobody put tag that says fedex came and received call from fedex that you missed me amd tried to deliver my package 2 times. After that I checked camera and what, nobody comes from fedex to my home. You are liars. I will report this to your main fedex office as well

  B3S1N5 You new delivery driver here is awful, does not attempt delivery at all but sticks notice card to my door to make it seem like he did. Proof of this when I saw him walking in a few weeks back with what was supposed to be of my packages but he had to walk back to the truck to get it when I asked, delivery notice in hand ready to go as he walks in main door.

  Took a picture of the building and said I wasn't available - was here all day hoping to get my package. Should've asked for DHL.
