I didn't receive it until the morning of January 6th. All these days, trying to find out where my package was, I kept getting responses like, "We've handed it over to our partners for delivery, please wait." My first question is, if your partners are so bad, why do you work with them? My next question is, I contacted company representatives to file a complaint, and they told me it was the sender's responsibility. The sender shipped everything on time, so why should they file a complaint? I'm the recipient, and I'm dissatisfied with the service, so I want to file a complaint!!! Why can't I do this????

Sat in the living room with the curtains open all day so I could see my door and Driveway in case the courier had issues finding the place, nothing all day. Got an email at 8;00 that night that the "delivery attempt could not be compled" at 4:58 PM. There was no attempt made, nobody came to my house, nobody knocked, rang the doorbell, nothing. Again I was home all day, sitting rigjt next to a window where I could see the only approach to my house. Now the thing apparently in New Brunswick and is late. Cant get ahold of any humans on the phone, online assistant is useless. Terrible company.
