I have been trying to get an expensive package for over a month now, and I have been given no way to pay my duties or to get the package itself. Normally you get a convenient link where you are able to pay online and schedule the delivery, except for some reason this time neither myself nor the company I ordered from can even get a working tracking number, let alone a way to have this delivered. I finally got fed up and made the hour drive to go get my package myself, in person, only to find out that they are closed on weekends? What kind of business is ONLY open when someone would HAVE to take time off of work to go? The phone number also only relays you to various robots, or tells you to use the website. I have found no way to speak to a human being at the store. Absolutely appalling service.
