Last month, I called in and Michelle guided me to a deal that would be available as Bell has weekend codes that provide a good rate. She took my number and called me yesterday, and today I stopped in to see her and I upgraded to a great internet and TV deal. She was knowledgeable, very kind and friendly. The entire team in the store also deserves credit for helping customers I noticed. Very friendly staff.

We sadly had to switch to another provider to get coverage in our area, however I’ve been a bell customer for 21 years and dealt with a lot of representatives, Brad has been my go to guy for the last number of years and has been much more then exceptional! Extremely knowledgeable, motivated to help us get what best for our needs, and never did he “not have time”. Always had a solution to every problem, and never fell short on a promise. If you’re wondering how to be a better face for your business be more like Brad! When coverage improves we will Absolutly be going back to bell in bridgewater
