Once that was charged it couldn’t be reversed and he suggested calling Bell….. I had payment plan set up with bell as I was waiting a few days for my paycheque now I will have to pay 2 NSF fees for my rent bouncing. Staff really need to learn to be more careful when handling someone else’s cards and payments
