  I visted the Bell store on Friday, March 7th to return equipment that I had not been using and was warily expecting a difficult conversation. Instead I was met by "Chris" who was friendly, very helpful, and not only made the process easy but was very helpful in clarifying other issues I have been having with Download speeds and just bad connection. I left completely satisfied with the information and service provided. It's nice to interact with a "Chris" every now and again in the service industry.

  I've had bell fibe for almost 4 years. It's the most expensive service I've ever paid for. Over $300 a month for phone, unlimited internet and cable service. Although I pay for phone service bell never installed an actual phone line when they installed my service. They want $100 over the original installment fee to put a phone line in. A service I've been paying for from day 1. The cable cuts out constantly. I have to call bell and play technician all the time. Bell has sent me 4 different receivers and modems over the last 3 and a half years. When the postal service was on strike bell tried to bill me over $600 for equipment not being returned in a certain amount of time. Even after I requested a note be put on file regarding the disruption of mail delivery. I'm forever having to call to request a credit for lack of service. Which I don't believe is a sufficient amount for my trouble and time. I've been told by employees that they might get in trouble for the amount they have compensated me for my time and lack of service. As of today I've called twice and played technician. I called 5 times in January, 4 times in November and god only knows how many times before that. I live in a rural area and can only pray that another service provider becomes available so I can cancel my service with bell forever. If you have the option for another service provider I strongly suggest you go with them and avoid bell. WORST SERVICE EVER!
