Today was the 3rd time this year they misdelivered an item for me, not to include the countless other times it has happened to the other people here. The person that works the post office itself says the best we can do is complain about the drivers for the route in hopes they get better, or replaced. It shouldn't have to come to that.

So not only did the usps forward a package that was not meant to go to my parents house, they seem to have lost the package that was meant to go there. The tracking number I was given for their (my parents) package said by end of day (8 pm) Monday the 18th. So after it's supposed to have been delivered, the status changes and only has an update from the 17th. So now I have no clue where this package is or when (if at all) it will arrive after paying for priority. Im very upset and angered by these mistakes because now the surprise is ruined. But why would USPS care, it's not their family right...?
