- EWEdward WMay 15, 20252.0Starting to lose faith. Items arrive at this post office and sit for days... I'm going to stop using USPS, since Fedex and UPS actually deliver when they say they are. They don't just throw a package to the bottom of the pile. It feels vindictive. Better yet, maybe I'll order like 10 tiny little tchotchkes per day from different vendors and see how they like that.
- DLDan LevingsDec 9, 20215.0I live in Los alamos, I was waiting for a package that had the wrong address on it. It was routed to the Whiterock branch. After talking with them they went out of there way to get the package off the truck it had been put on and deliver it to my home in Los alamos, the same day. Amazing customer service. Thank you so much the people at the this post office went above and beyond.
