I used to live in Belen, NM and I used the Tome office all the time because it was the best office that the Post office had. And it is still the best Post office. I moved to Sumter SC in 2016 and to this day, the Tome NM post office is still the best post office that there is. I had to get some information to mail a box, to NM by the way. I couldn't get anyone on the nation number to answer the phone. In fact, the number that I got from the USPS website when I called it I got UPS on the phone!!! I remembered that I had the number for Tome, but when I went to call the number was missing from my MS Outlook, but I was able to find it with a little bit of searching. I got the nicest lady on the phone, and her name is Naz. She was wonderful!! She gave me her attention and assistance in what I needed to do. And I had to call back later in the afternoon, and she was just as kind and considerate as she had been with me earlier. She was absolutely wonderful!! If I have any other questions that require some USPS help, I know where to call. And it is Tome, NM Post office. And it is the only post office I will call for help!! They are the only ones who will answer the phone and lend a helping hand!!! Kudos to Tome NM Post office!!
