  The Taos, NM UPS Store has amazing people working there! They are always friendly and also very helpful, no matter how many packages I have to take in! I have been going there for over 4 years now and just wanted to say that I appreciate each and every employee that works there! Kudos to you all and UPS should be very appreciative of the owner and employees of this store! Thanks for all your hard work it is greatly appreciated so much!

  It was pouring rain tonight, and as I was heading home in Llano down a narrow unpaved road, a UPS driver came flying around the corner. Instead of waiting for me to finish coming down, the driver forced us off the road. I had to steer into the drainage trench to avoid a head-on collision, which damaged my car. The sound of our car crunching didn’t even make them stop — they just kept going. Completely reckless and dangerous behavior.

  Totally disappointing. I have been trying to contact the store for 2 days but they don’t reply to any emails and their the phone number redirects me to a generic UPS line. Last week I dropped off an important legal document for which I pre-paid 56 dollars to have it shipped and delivered in Italy within 3 days. Through the UPS call centre I was told that The package is now lost and under investigation, and that the last place where it was located was still at this store. Unfortunately I don’t live in Taos, I was there temporarily, and I can’t go talk to them about it. I am just astonished by the lack of response + professionalism, especially after having paid the “safest” and most expensive fee. Not to mention the overwhelming task to retrieve again a copy of the same document from my embassy in California which previously took me 3 months. Never again!

  I’ve only had negative experiences picking up my mail, Wendy - the owner- goes out of her way to ruin one’s day. I was called to a fire and couldn’t pick up my mail for a couple weeks, I called in and left a vm to talk about it, she never returned my calls, but mentioned she got my message, and then was going to charge me 5$ per package per day it was waiting! so I bought a mailbox, and then I came back and they had no record of my mailbox at all.. I already decided not to be back, but then my gramma sent me a package before I could tell her not to, and I picked it up the next day, one business day later and Wendy charged me $12 dollars to pick it up, and was very rude about it at the same time. I told her I would never be back, she succeeded in making me feel very much unwelcome.
