I called dept of state to ask and she told me all the documents I presented was ALL that I should’ve needed! Needless to say she blew me off, and said I needed to reschedule!

They are all badly run and you are at the mercy of employees that are on the clock and you stand a better chance of hitting the lottery than one of these uncaring government postal employees getting fired. They have no urgency of giving any kind of decent customer service and can care less how long you wait in line, and do nothing to take up the pace when they’re business.
