- GEGaret ErdleOct 18, 20251.0Been getting mail for 3 years those 3 years had nothing but issues with the person that delivers and picks up mail now in a retaliation to us putting in multiple complaints him and the post master lost our proof of residency are making us go to the cluster box after getting mail for 3 years in a mailbox we had to buy and put up to get mail cause they gave the clusterbox key for our address to someone else now are refusing to give us the key and saying we don't have proof of residency and because my dad's name is on the property they won't let me his son to give proof of residency and get our key to get our mail. Terrible post office needs to be audited and the post master along with the driver for the Luis Lopez area fired.

He consistently leaves our packages at the post office, doesn't attempt delivery & doesn't leave any type of notice in the box that we have a package. Apparently, he is too stupid to know that we have apps that tell us he has lied about attempting delivery AGAIN. We have an oversized mailbox, so most packages will fit in our box. He will NOT pick up outgoing mail, whether it is in our mailbox or the USPS boxes at the end of the road. We have to go to the post office for ALL outgoing mail. I know he is contracted, but he is not fulfilling even the basics of his contract.

We have recently gotten a new carrier and not only has the mail been arriving extremely late most every day...at like 4 to 5pm. We have also had a mess with what we receive in our mail boxes. I am constantly receiving mail for other people both elsewhere in the neighborhood and also people that have not lived at my address for a very long time. Now my checks have always arrived on Mondays like clockwork but now I've not been getting them until Tuesday and I still have not received it this week as yet. I'm growing very concerned that it went into someone else's box given it has happened to me many times since he took over our route. Please give us back our previous mail carrier. She was wonderful. I NEVER had a problem with my mail with her!!! People in the post office itself has not changed. They are still very friendly and helpful. The post office is fantastic with very friendly and helpful staff. I am very happy with my normal carrier on Avenida Pajarito but we had a sub today that ran extremely later then normal and i recieved mail that belonged to another resident on Loma Encantada. Very disappointed in todays service!!
