- JSjeany silverJan 16, 20252.0I would have given it one star, but the one time I actually reached someone he was very kind. However the only reason I got a callback is because I called the USPS main number and complained. The woman who sold me the house had a PObox and asked that mail be delivered there. I told them she is gone and that I don’t have transportation yet. So I need them to deliver my mail to me at home. I also told them the packages are very important, because they are basic to setting up my home. For a couple of weeks I got everything just fine. Then it just stopped. People say on here that they’re just lazy. If not I don’t know why they’re doing such a terrible job Or why they NEVER EVER pick up the phone EVER. I’m very angry, upset and majorly inconvenienced.

It rings and rings and then you get a fax tone which means someone flipped it to fax rather than answer the phone. USPS forwarded my mail to Nevada, the conartists that ripped us off over a year ago. The name on the envelope was my husband and myself at our property address but USPS forwarded our mail to NEVADA!
