Sorry if you are having a bad day, just don’t take it out on customer’s looking for some basic service. I did let the employee know that I would be leaving a negative review and her response was “bye!!!…bye!!” Unbelievable.

The customer service is great. I try to give them any business I can, and you should too. I just read all of the negative reviews that have been posted recently and I really can’t believe it I have never had a problem with this location. I also use multiple services that include printing, emailing, package drop off.

They can get busy sometimes but are always friendly, fast and very helpful! I have never had any issues and Katherine is always very knowledgeable, kind and makes sure people follow safety guidelines in the store which I appreciate very much as someone with a compromised health condition.
