I understand accidents happen. I’m not mad that you dropped it. I’m just mad that you didn’t tell me.
- GMGeorge MJan 29, 20261.0There is a driver named "Juan" who drives for FedEx Express who NEVER delivers packages to our house. He always lies and marks them all as "wrong address" or "customer not home", even for packages without required signatures, and never even drives by. My partner works for FedEx and I sympathize with the difficulty of the job, but this driver needs to be reprimanded or let go. It is not acceptable. None of the other drivers have this problem. How he is still our driver after so long is ridiculous.

They claim I rejected a package last night 01/09/2026 at 914pm yet they never showed and my cameras never caught them in the area! Wow! I will be sending this to a media source !
