I had a wonderful experience with the help of Anna at the passport renewal counter. She was incredibly patient, kind, helpful and knowledgeable. After having a difficult and unhelpful experience at FedEx, she walked me through the process/all options while also assisting other customers with myriad questions. I’m so glad I went here for help, and encourage anyone in Santa Fe needing passport renewal help to go to Anna at Devargas post office.
**This is a great, free resource provided by your tax payer dollars and another example of a valuable public-service entity that still exists and needs our support. Skip third party entities like FedEx, and go straight to the source and work with folks like Anna for the real deal. They’re not trying to mark up or potentially bungle an otherwise free service.

Your automated system absolutely sucks. None of the questions throughout anything can answer any of the things and when you request to speak with a representative, it doesn’t let you. This is the poorest excuse of an automated system. I have ran into in a while.

I hate to leave this review because I’m so appreciative of the Postal Service in general, but the one man who works here now just looks absolutely miserable and behaves so.
I know Jackie retired and I miss her because she was kind, personable, and patient.
I know what it’s like to feel burnt out and miserable at a job, but it shouldn’t reflect back on the customer. I’ll go out of my way to go to the post office on Federal because I hate coming here and dealing with this man..
