- DCDenise CejaOct 7, 20251.0I hate to leave this review because I’m so appreciative of the Postal Service in general, but the one man who works here now just looks absolutely miserable and behaves so. I know Jackie retired and I miss her because she was kind, personable, and patient. I know what it’s like to feel burnt out and miserable at a job, but it shouldn’t reflect back on the customer. I’ll go out of my way to go to the post office on Federal because I hate coming here and dealing with this man..

- PBParth BhaktaMar 16, 20221.0The man behind the passport services was super rude. His mask was on his ears and and he asked me to wear a mask. I respected that and I found a mask from next door and came back. After that he refused to help me and told me I have to reschedule my appointment because my time is over now. If he would have been polite, I would have left silently. But, he was rude and he had a smirk on his face, that’s right, I could see his face because he was not wearing a mask even when he required me to wear it. He was literally standing and doing nothing and instead of talking politely, he was rude. I have never left a bad reviews to even bad places but this was unacceptable and the most unhelpful person I dealt with, so I had to write this. I also said some words to him that I am not proud of but it was the most frustrating experience I had at any customer service.
