- DCDenise CejaOct 7, 20251.0I hate to leave this review because I’m so appreciative of the Postal Service in general, but the one man who works here now just looks absolutely miserable and behaves so. I know Jackie retired and I miss her because she was kind, personable, and patient. I know what it’s like to feel burnt out and miserable at a job, but it shouldn’t reflect back on the customer. I’ll go out of my way to go to the post office on Federal because I hate coming here and dealing with this man..

I showed up to both Guadalupe address and DeVargas and both now close at 3pm on Saturdays. I needed to make shipment for a client and was depending on hours posted. Disappointed.
