  My home printer broke down and I needed to print out a very important document in a hurry that was emailed to me. My nearest UPS store was able to retrieve the email from my phone and print me out two copies. There was no charge for this service. I also use them to ship packages. Very good staff at this location.

  Can’t keep employees, closed during hours they should be open and they lose packages. Avoid this UPS store to save yourself a headache.

  Staff at this location on Zafarano was extremely helpful and pleasant. I was only dropping off a return and they took care of that quickly, no issues.

  EDIT 12/4/25 : No, but seriously... What is going on with UPS? Came back today to drop another last minute Next Day package and there was one person working the counter again. Someone else in line said the wait was 45 minutes. I left. I had been buying more and more UPS labels for my business, but I won't be doing that the rest of the holiday season since UPS can't get it together. The only thing that makes sense is that your short staffed bc UPS either doesn't pay enough to attract employees and/or doesn't treat their employees well enough to retain them. Didn't Carol Tomé get like $24 million last year?? Yeah maybe that should go to your employees instead 😒 ORIGINAL REVIEW 12/1/25 : UPS needs to support their employees better!! How can management only have one person working by themselves at the end of the day during the holiday rush? I waited in line close to an hour (with about 10 other people) to have someone scan my prepaid UPS label (which took all of 15 seconds). The woman who was working at the counter (who is always super friendly and helpful) was trying her best to help everyone, but there were too many people with complex packages for one person to handle alone. It's not fair to strand your employees with no backup!! Once another employee did come back from their break, they started scanning packages from the back instead of helping and supporting their coworker get through the line of customers in front of them. You better be giving this woman a raise and a Christmas bonus after today!!! She gets 5 stars, but this UPS location is stuck at 2 for the negligence of upper management.
