I am not a person who generally writes reviews. However, I feel that I have no recourse in this matter. I would not recommend this UPS store. In my opinion, they have been unethical. I contracted with them to return to me some unsold Native American pottery from a Santa Fe auction house. First they charged me a ridiculous amount of money to double box one small pot and a set of three miniature pots. Then, when I received this huge box with the one small pot, the set of three miniature pots was missing. When I contacted them about this immediately, they claim that they have a film showing that the three miniature pots were packed in the box. However, when I asked to see the film, they say that they no longer have it to show! Although I was reimbursed for the packing charge (a very small percentage of the total shipping cost) I have not been reimbursed for the shipping, insurance that I may have paid or the missing pots. As I was not able to resolve this issue at the store level, I have been asking to speak to the district manager, Corey Jackson. Corey has not called me as requested. Nor has he answered my e-mail. I would suggest going to another shipper.

Called to see if they would notarize a document for me, they said no because we are about to close. It was 230pm on a Sunday. 😤

I went in this morning right at 10:00 am. 3/4/26. I presented the QRCode to the usps employee. He aimed the QRCode scanner at my phone and then said "you have to print it." I asked why couldn't he scanned it, and if the system was down. He just said he couldn't help me. I asked for a supervisors contact and as he was leaving his post and went do the back mumbled "i am not giving it to you". We have to be mindful that we all have bad days. But having a bad day does not grants permission to be rude and not help customers when that is a big part of your job description. If you are having a bad day, call in and take the day off or if you don't like your job then quit but don't be rude to customers. I try to use usps instead of fedex/ups but the few times i have had to transact with them, no one has ever been rude to me. They are efficient, effective, helpful. Something the usps representative scheduled this morning falls short of.

Went to pick up a package that was shipped to UPS for me, and had the very unpleasant surprise of being charged a $10 "holding fee" to pick up my package. If I had known I'd be charged more for shipping to the UPS store (which was offered as an option on the website where I made my purchase) I would've just shipped it to my house. This UPS store didn't didn't used to charge for pickup. It's a new policy, and there are no signs in the store explaining this. I feel like this is an unfair policy, because it would've cost me more than $10 to return the package to the shipper for re-shipping to my house. I've had good experiences with this UPS store in the past, but I'm pretty annoyed about this. They held my package hostage and I had no choice but to pay the ransom.
