- JMJean Miele1 day ago1.0Went to pick up a package that was shipped to UPS for me, and had the very unpleasant surprise of being charged a $10 "holding fee" to pick up my package. If I had known I'd be charged more for shipping to the UPS store (which was offered as an option on the website where I made my purchase) I would've just shipped it to my house. This UPS store didn't didn't used to charge for pickup. It's a new policy, and there are no signs in the store explaining this. I feel like this is an unfair policy, because it would've cost me more than $10 to return the package to the shipper for re-shipping to my house. I've had good experiences with this UPS store in the past, but I'm pretty annoyed about this. They held my package hostage and I had no choice but to pay the ransom.

When we pulled up there was a older woman outside in a UPS uniform with glasses and her hair up screaming the f word at the store manager. I really don't know what happened but all I heard him say was to watch your language to her, and then she kept going off and let off a whole bunch more curse words. We just left we're not going to ship our package at a place like this, it's already boarded up and now it seems like there's a crazy lady there and the store manager doesn't even seem like he can control her. She climbed in a white suv and drove off yelling. We drove across town for a better service
