Apparently I was standing in the wrong line to pick my mail up and got yelled at by the associate. I thought that was where I was supposed to go for mailboxes and the line was out the door. He yelled at me "We only have to two associates here so get in line with everyone else". My thought was, you only have 1 1/2 associates because you are doing a half ass job. Car was running with my dog in it so I couldn't wait a half hour to get my mail. With the construction around that store, parking and being so difficult to get to and then being treated that way by customer service I am really sorry I paid $500. a year for that mailbox. Wish I didn't have to deal with this store.

When we get out of line (we were next) to go the kiosk and then to tell them it’s frozen and not working, they say, “thanks for letting us know” and then we have to go back to the back of the line! Seriously?!?! Won’t be back to this location.
