I asked to escalate the situation as one of my recent packages was prescription medication that cost me over $400. I got nothing but “the escalation team is busy. We will try in the future to deliver your package properly.” FedEx provides no support for their customers. Without any control over who a vendor chooses to ship with, we are just expected to sit back and let them continue taking our money while they don’t provide the service they are paid to provide. There is no recourse for customers and no accountability for the company or its employees.

Had a package delivered to some other address, wouldn't let you report it for 48 hours then their phone system doesn't let you talk with a human. I guess I'm going to deal with UPS and USPS only from now on. Hope more people get away from fed ex.
