The second employee, young man, giggled and also said he had no idea how to help. When I asked for manager assistance, I was told there was no manager at the location. As far as I can tell FedEx ships but these incompetent employees just couldn't figure it out for some reason, I was speechless and frustrated! I took my items to the Guadalupe location and had no issues there, shipped my items no problem. I'd recommend not using the Camino Entrada location as the employees there are absolutely useless and rude, they lack basic customer service skills and apparently don't know how to do the job!!!!! Zero stars!👎🏼

Not their fault, however the site I ordered my diamond off of told me they reached out and were waiting for a confirmation on the day I would be able to pick it up. I called today to check it was done, but I received an email saying they were shipping it back to where I ordered it from. I am extremely frustrated because I am waiting for my diamond to get to me safely. I very disappointed FedEx, I hope I can sort this out with the people I ordered my diamond from.
