He always lies and marks them all as "wrong address" or "customer not home", even for packages without required signatures, and never even drives by. My partner works for FedEx and I sympathize with the difficulty of the job, but this driver needs to be reprimanded or let go. It is not acceptable. None of the other drivers have this problem. How he is still our driver after so long is ridiculous.

- PEPatricia Estrella-MagnificoDec 18, 20251.0I have had over 10 packages delivered to the wrong address. Every time I file a complaint I receive the same scripted response with no actual resolution. I asked to escalate the situation as one of my recent packages was prescription medication that cost me over $400. I got nothing but “the escalation team is busy. We will try in the future to deliver your package properly.” FedEx provides no support for their customers. Without any control over who a vendor chooses to ship with, we are just expected to sit back and let them continue taking our money while they don’t provide the service they are paid to provide. There is no recourse for customers and no accountability for the company or its employees.
