- COCarmen OwensNov 15, 20251.0Service was poor. We went in to have a kachina doll shipped. They quoted $600. When asked to break the cost, they had to check and recheck. Eventually telling us it was $36 for packing and 150ish for shipping. How does that total $600. We decided to go elsewhere where there have a more definitive answer. They laughed at us as we walked out… disrespectful. At the end of the day ladies, when you go home, we know who is getting the last laugh- it isn’t you. Do better!

- JVJohn VegaOct 16, 20251.0I recently visited this location to pick up some printed materials. Despite there being four staff members present, it took about five minutes before I was acknowledged. During this time, no one looked up from their computers or other tasks. When I went to retrieve my truck, parked in the customer parking area, I noticed a FedEx vehicle backing into a designated customer parking space. This action effectively blocked access, making it difficult for me to enter or exit my vehicle. Additionally, the FedEx driver was shouting at me for not informing the staff that I was waiting to access my truck, while another customer was trying to leave her parking spot. The driver seemed mainly focused on positioning his vehicle in space that is not designated loading or unloading zone, which was larger than a standard parking space and unintentionally obstructed both my vehicle and the other customer's. Throughout this time, the driver argued with me, which was unnecessary and unacceptable. Overall, I believe there should be a dedicated loading and unloading area for FedEx trucks, and customer service practices could be improved to make the experience better.

The staff here at FedEx was in a good mood and helped me right away, immediately gave me a hard copy proof to review, was able to accommodate my turnaround time, and was able to do it for about 20% less than Office Depot was going to charge me.
