- JGJoseph GoffMar 19, 20261.0I've had a letter in the mail with the flag up for over 3 days and still not picked up now I have to drive down to the post office apparently and drop it off myself I guess it might be quicker for me to drive it to Missouri to start off with. And because the postman didn't do his job it cost me more money to send it obviously we don't have to wonder why the United States Postal Service is failing

- ASAWake StudioDec 16, 20241.0I had a package mishap that required urgent response, it took them 50 MINUTES to even be bothered to pick up the phone, and the gentleman who picked up at the office was EXTREMELY RUDE. KNOW AND DO YOUR JOB!!!! pick up the dang phones and earn your paycheck! There is NEVER an excuse for poor service, especially when the issue was YOUR SERVICE'S FAULT! I finally was transferred to the lady who delivers the mail, even though she was the one who made the package mistake, at least she was nice and rectified the situation- and she was very cordial and apologetic. The office workers NEED to practice self accountability and be more like her!
